This MIL-W-22759 compliant aerospace wire adopts a scientific stranded structure of 99.99% high-purity oxygen-free copper, with uniform stranding pitch (12mm to 25mm) and actual cross-sectional area deviation controlled within ±1%, far below the industry standard of ±2.5%. It ensures low DC resistance (≤0.017241Ω/mm² at 20℃), stable current-carrying capacity, and minimal energy loss during long-distance transmission.
Available in single or double-layer insulation options, both made of cross-linked ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE), this ETFE insulated high temperature wire has an insulation thickness of 0.2mm-0.8mm and a breakdown voltage of ≥25kV/mm, 30% higher than standard insulation materials. The double-layer design enhances safety against insulation damage, with excellent wear resistance and electrical insulation for complex industrial environments.
It maintains stable performance in the wide temperature range of -65℃ to +200℃, with insulation resistance remaining above 100MΩ after 1000 hours of 200℃ high-temperature aging, and withstands 5000 times of repeated bending at -65℃ without cracking. This corrosion resistant aviation cable also has exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and salt spray, with no corrosion or peeling after 1000 hours of salt spray testing, delivering a service life of over 18 years under normal working conditions.
With a minimum bending radius of only 6× the outer diameter and a density of ≤1.5g/cm³, this lightweight aerospace transmission cable is more flexible than standard industrial wires, easy to install in mobile and narrow-space scenarios, perfectly meeting the stringent layout requirements of aerospace and precision equipment.
